Founder
COMPUGENE was founded by Dr. Kshama Aswath, a scientist and operational leader with more than two decades of scientific experience across academia, government and industry.
Her background spans scientific research, genomics laboratory operations, client-facing scientific services and leading teams toward operational excellence, quality and regulatory readiness - including successfully leading an ISO9001 re-certification & driving foundational planning of a CLIA laboratory.
She brings together a scientist's understanding of the work with an operational leader's perspective on what it takes to strengthen and advance scaling science.
